How long does delivery take ?
Our shipping /delivery times is between 2-7 working days for all appliances
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a ‘Track Item’ button after we dispatch your order to Buffalo logistics. This will take you directly to the Buffalo website, where you can track your package in real time!
Can I return my order for a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer money returns but we the can credit that amount to your account on the event that the ordered cage is not the correct one that you needed you can return it within 7 days of order.
What is insured shipping?
Although we try our very best, sometimes mistakes happen.
Should your package have a delivery issue with Buffalo (such as being lost or missing from delivery),
we can lodge an enquiry to follow up on your package and find out what’s happened. If you purchase insured shipping
after our Buffalo Logistics investigation,
if your item has been confirmed as lost or stolen, we will send out a replacement straightaway.
If you choose not to purchase insured shipping,
we are unable to guarantee a replacement for your stolen item.
How can I contact you?
Our email contact is admin@ngarepairs.co.za This also allows us to keep a paper trail for your issue so we can help you as best we can. We answer emails. if you don’t get a response immediately don’t panic we will within 24 hours.
How much do I pay for delivery?
If you’re located in South Africa, we offer free delivery on all orders. Amazing right?
Is your payment secure?
Your privacy and security are our highest priority. We use Payfast Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 30 days,
please contact us and we can launch an investigation with logistics and the relavent manufacturer
*Please note: Once we pass your order to , to the courier, The order is with a different provider.
We understand entirely delays are frustrating, however, once your order is with the courier, any issues that need to be investigated by the Relevant Courier.
We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, that we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Can I change my shipping address?
Order sent to the wrong address?
We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Courier tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
What happens when my product is damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately of such delivery by logging a return on the website, via our email: :admin@ngarepairs.co.za
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your exchange, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product. All claims must be reported within 7 working days from delivery /collection. Please inspect the packaging of your purchase for any physical damage before signing your proof of delivery. Newgees reserves the right to reject any damage claim if the product was signed to be received in good condition.
How long do I have to return the purchased product?
We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30-day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Does Gas Geysers Include COC?
For gas geysers the quoted amount includes coc.
Is it same day installation
On average our installation take about 2-4 hours.
What is the warranty
Our installation comes with a 6 months warranty.

Diaphragm Activated Gas Geysers are cost-effective reliable workhorses that provide a combination of simplicity and efficiency. These compact outdoor geysers range from 6L, 8L, 10L, 12L and 16L units, in a choice of white powder-coated or slimline stainless steel. Unlike our Constant Temperature and Fan-Forced range that services multiple outlets at the same time, the Diaphragm activated geysers service one tap at a time.
All geysers are energy efficient and these units require no electricity, the flame ignition and geyser function are battery operated.
